This page is meant mostly for the Reiki Practitioner but may be useful for others already familiar with Reiki. If you are new to the site and Reiki, I recommend starting with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, as it gives introductory answers to the most common questions with links to more expansive information. However, there are a few pages that I would like to bring to the attention of other practitioners and those seeking more detailed information on Reiki. I have placed links to these pages below, along with a general description of the content of the page.

Please remember that these are solely my opinions and thoughts. I do not claim to be an "expert" on any of these subjects. I have definite opinions on them, but I do not presume to know everything there is to know. I am constantly learning - as I think anyone practicing Reiki should be. Grounding Techniques

Reiki is not a meditative technique. However, meditation is a lovely compliment to any alternative medicine, and I highly recommend daily meditation for everyone as a means of stress reduction and personal growth.
